| Resumen : | This investigation was madden due to the lack of knowledge, which it has as far as the administration, and operation of the adventure activities, which they take place within the Park Eco Alberto, these activities, are executed of informal way without applying or following some requirements mentioned within the Mexican official norms for the adventure activities. The aim of this study was to create proposals that help to the improvement of the administrative and operative handling of the lenders of services of adventure. Using tools like the use of manual administrative and operative, analysis of profiles of the tourist and visitor, a guide for the best understanding of the corresponding normatively as well as one structure administrative for the tourism of adventure of this Park. |
| Descripción : | Esta investigación se realizó debido a la falta de conocimientos que se tiene en cuanto a la administración y operación de las actividades de aventura, que se efectúan dentro del Parque Eco Alberto, dichas actividades, se ejecutan de manera informal sin aplicar o seguir algunos requisitos mencionados dentro de las normas oficiales mexicanas para las actividades de aventura. El fin de este estudio fue el de crear propuestas que ayuden al mejoramiento del manejo administrativo y operativo de los prestadores de servicios de aventura. Usando herramientas como: el uso de manuales administrativos y operativos, análisis de perfiles del turista y visitante, una guía para la mejor comprensión de la normatividad correspondiente así como una estructura administrativa para el turismo de aventura de este Parque. |
