Estado de los derechos de la mujer policía en Colombia

Resumen

El presente trabajo de investigación fue elaborado con el fin de obtener el título de Magister en derecho con base al estudio histórico, normativo interno e internacional respecto de la transición frente a la incorporación de la mujer en la institución de la policía nacional colombiana, obligando a realizar un análisis exhaustivo frente a las desigualdades de género manifestadas a lo largo del tiempo, la discriminación hacia las mujeres y las desventajas que han tenido que enfrentar, evidenciando una posición inversa a las costumbres sociales y del patriarcado, que aunque nos encontremos en el siglo XXI rompen con el estereotipo social; hoy por hoy, se continua con persistencia, llevando a cuestionar el manejo de dicha institucionalidad, no por menos, ya que, su estructura y fin fue creado por hombres y para hombres. Abstract

The present research work was prepared in order to obtain the title of Magister in Law based on the historical, internal and international normative study regarding the transition to the incorporation of women in the institution of the Colombian national police, forcing the carry out an exhaustive analysis of the gender inequalities manifested over time, discrimination against women and the disadvantages they have had to face, showing an inverse position to social and patriarchy customs, that although we are in the century XXI break with the social stereotype; Today, it continues with persistence, leading to question the management of said institutionality, not for less, since its structure and purpose was created by men and for men.
