| Resumen : | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theoretical bases upon which the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) discipline leans on, and its great development, firstly in psychotheraphies, and later on in almost every human activity where high and efficient communication is required. Verbal and non verbal expressiveness, sensorial representation systems and subsystems, visualizations and, specially, the adecuate use of digital and analogical languages will be considered as the main frames that support this successful behavioral model that facilitates the change in persons. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the influence exerted by the methodological resources derived from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP): anchored, bipolarity, displacement, and in frame, on the communicational process Leader-Supervised. In order to lead, the manager must undertake actions and activities needed to face complex situations, which must be treated within a structure of management strategies. The desire of achieving this goal is not enough to do so, it is important to count with an action model conducted effectively, one of which is the negotiation as a mean to effective communication, where the neurolinguistic programming allows you to define the dynamics in which the labour relations in the organizations are to be developed and to solve the conflicts that may appear in it. Through this documental research, techniques are offered to help the manager develop competitive negotiations based on neurolinguistic programming (NLP) to reach suitable agreements without losing or giving up. The Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a new epistemology that can allow know how people learn and how to teach persons. |
| Descripción : | El propósito de este trabajo es analizar las bases teóricas sobre las cuales se afirma la disciplina Programación Neurolingüística, (PNL) y su gran desarrollo, al principio en psicoterapias y posteriormente en casi todas las actividades humanas donde se requiere una alta y eficiente calidad comunicativa. Expresividad verbal y no verbal, sistemas de representación sensorial y sus subsistemas; visualizaciones; y especialmente el uso adecuado de los lenguajes digital y analógico se considerarán las estructuras más importantes que sostienen ese exitoso modelo de comportamiento, que facilita el cambio en las personas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo primordial evaluar la influencia que ejercen los recursos metodológicos de la Programación Neurolingüística (PNL): anclaje, bipolaridad, desplazamiento, encuadre, en el proceso comunicacional líder-seguidor. El líder para ejercer exitosamente el liderazgo dentro de un ambiente laboral, debe ejecutar acciones indispensables para enfrentar complejas situaciones que deben ser atendidos dentro de una arquitectura de estrategias gerenciales. No basta con tener deseos de lograrlo, sino disponer de un modelo de acción conducido con efectividad, siendo una de ellas la negociación, como medio de comunicación efectivo, donde la Programación Neurolingüística, le permita definir la dinámica en que han de desarrollarse las relaciones laborales de la organización y resolver los conflictos que se presente en ella. A través de esta investigación documental, se ofrecen técnicas al ejecutivo para desarrollar competitivamente negociaciones basadas en la PNL para llegar a acuerdos satisfactorio sin perder ni rendirse. La Programación Neurolingüística (PNL) es una nueva epistemología que puede permitir saber cómo aprenden las personas y cómo enseñarles. |
